This place is terrible! There are literally animals in the walls, the living room ceiling caved in from water leaking and they didn’t fix it for over a week, the management(when she is in the office which isn’t often) is rude and literally has no idea what she is talking about, they up the rent ever year, the ‘remodeled’ apartments are terrible. My ac has been out for over a year now, Do not recommend! The property manager has no urgency with only offering 1 window unit for a 2 bedroom.
Left here a year ago. Takes 13 MONTHS TO GET ANYTHING FIXED. The actual owner buys cheap stuff, that breaks, then wants to charge you for it. They Force you to get Another renters insurance when it's their obligation to fix it through their insurance. They have one maintenance guy for over 120 apartments! All the parking lots flood, knee deep in most places. The washers are broken, the dryers are broken, ceilings leak, squirrels defecating in the ceilings, dead squirrels in the wall, lawn takes weeks to cut, the pool at our ... read more
Amazing, refinished apartment and I love that. The library is right here. It’s like my own personal. Management is amazing. I’ve been in a lot of buildings because of work.
