My ac has been out for over a year now, Do not recommend! The property manager has no urgency with only offering 1 window unit for a 2 bedroom.
Left here a year ago. Takes 13 MONTHS TO GET ANYTHING FIXED. The actual owner buys cheap stuff, that breaks, then wants to charge you for it. They Force you to get Another renters insurance when it's their obligation to fix it through their insurance. They have one maintenance guy for over 120 apartments! All the parking lots flood, knee deep in most places. The washers are broken, the dryers are broken, ceilings leak, squirrels defecating in the ceilings, dead squirrels in the wall, lawn takes weeks to cut, the pool at our ... read more
Amazing, refinished apartment and I love that. The library is right here. It’s like my own personal. Management is amazing. I’ve been in a lot of buildings because of work.
Maintenance in this Apt complex is nonexistent, zero very irresponsible, have a hole on the kitchen wall made by a squirrel, they came looked at it and patched it with tape, never came back to fix it, two years now the tape is still there, the dryer switch came apart and stopped working and was reported zip nothing, nobody came to look at it, I had to fix it, put it together and zip tie it to keep it together, kitchen faucet and bathroom had to be replaced, I had to buy the one in the kitchen and install it, the “maintenance... read more
