Rent from anywhere but here. The reviews about lack of maintenance, trash, broken equipment, all true. This complex and Barclay are owned by the same company. I had to move my sister out of Barclay! Management is a joke. Anything broken takes months to near years to fix or replace. The city of vineland had came to several apartments. Rent somewhere where they do maintenance
It’s a great place for vineland, never had an issue until this year when our very loud neighbors moved in. however, that had nothing to do with the quality of this place. Maintenance was always great to us and timely, Peggy has always been kind as well. ur not paying for luxury here, ur paying for a roof over your head and it was more than enough. i’ve never had a bug issue, never even seen a roach.
This place is terrible. Nothing works. Everything is broken and doesn’t get fixed. Pools broken, but that’s okay cause you just have to wait for it to rain and you can swim in the pot holes Ps-it’s funny that this place/patty got one bad review and then immediately after she got two great reviews 🙄🤢

Amazing place to live! The manager Peggy is wonderful, helpful, understanding, and especially she knows how to take care of all her tenants. Maintenance team is also wonderful, when you need them they are there. Beautiful place to live!
