Joel Landis from Landis Roofing Services Inc. was to make a roof repair. He asked for a deposit ,which I gave him November 2021. To this day March 30, 2022 the repair is not finished. He even asked to borrow money from me to pay his supplier for someone else's roof materials from before, so the supplier would release my roof materials to do my job.He promised to pay in one week the loan for someone elses roof materials but never did to this day. Joel did a great job on my roof replacement. I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. He explained sever types of roofing choices to me and everything came out great.
Being a GC I have used Landis Roofing for clients of mine and for my personal roof work. I can fully attest his services, professionalism and work is of the highest quality. I would absolutely recommend Joel for all your roofing needs.
Sadly, the “services” in Landis Roofing Services is a true misnomer. We signed a contract with Landis Roofing Services on December 20, 2020 for a new roof on our house. The intent was to have a roof in place before the rainy season. He took our deposit check of $3495.73 on January 4, 2021. He cashed the check while he was still in our driveway.
