Ive lived at landis properties awhile now. When I first moved in it was a good place to live. Now since the sons took over they don't want to fix things or they fix stuff half a**. Now they are saying that we have to pay $50/ month for water. There is one meter for the entire building. I don't think it's right to charge every apt the same. This is obsurd as I moved here because water was included in rent. There is not anyway I use $50 dollars/ month of water.
