RecommendedOur bike broke down while riding near the Phoenix location. We're from the Midwest on a cycling vacation. We limped into the store looking for help to get us back on the road. Turned out to be a failure with the rear crank arm of our Santana Tandem. They had the rare replacement part (old style crank arm), and fixed the bike within 15 minutes. Great job, that quite frankly saved or vacation. Very reasonable price break on the repair as well. Thanks again!!!
