Super Dudes Super Service!!!
Outstanding service! A week before my first Triathlon I was still having trouble quickly changing my flat. I went in to ask about Gatorskins. Instead of selling me a product, they took 30 mins to show me how to change a flat quickly. I can change a flat in a few minutes. I'll be taking my bike in for all it's servicing after my experience.
Tried to purchase a bike seat here, but they would Not allow me to try it out first. I offered to give them the cash for it first and they told me once I bought it it was mine no returns. Very rude.
Great Bike Shop I purchased a new road bike. They were very helpful and let me try several bikes. When I made my decision they fit the bike to me and made sure everything was set just right. A couple of hundred miles later I needed some minor adjustments to the fit and they helped out without charge.
Landis Cyclery not so good I was there to buy a bike on Saturday 5/16/09 and was there for 30 minutes and not one sales person asked me if I needed help. After the first 15 minutes 2 women came in and they jumped all over that sale. I had 3k in my wallet ready to buy. They just lost a great sale because they were thinking with their penis. I went to Gordy's instead and was professionally helped right away. Thanks Gordy's. I will never go to Landid again.

Impressive store and good service – I have never been disappointed with the service or the bikes that I have bought. It might be a little too good. I turn into a kid in a candy shop every time I walk in that place. They have got me hooked on cycling. Watch out, these people will turn you into a cycling junkie like them.
great job Landis is a very serious shop for those who want sales and service from people who appreciate and respect their craft and their sport. Expect only the best.
I love Landis! I have purchased 3 bikes from Landis and have sent several friends to purchase their bikes at Landis as well. The staff is great and helpful. The bikes are always well put together. The selection is good and if they don't have what you want, they will help you find it.
