encountered 3 staff and everyone was rude! One even threw items on a table at me! I put my items back. Decided not to spend my hard owned money with a business who had no customer service! I also watched them argue with another potential customer who also left without a purchase due to horrible customer service... I am a business owner and the rudeness and lack of customer service is unacceptable...

I bought my Marlin there a year ago. Since then i have taken my bike in for service three times. never charged a dime. my rear wheel hub started to have issues so I took it off and in expecting to probably buy a new wheel. Nope, fixed and in and out of there in five minutes. I dont know what company has better service AFTER the sale
