I was going to contact Landings directly, however their website is down (2/8/2025). This is the ultimate irony. This company has nearly one billion dollars in assets yet the website is broken, just like the company. I am writing this as a first attempt to make things right after moving into one of their RI properties a few months ago. Lived there years ago, under a different name. Bad management company at the time. Unreasonable to deal with and take you over the coals on security deposits. UPDATE: I even said under a different name and you just hit me with a stock cookie cutter response. Trust me. I lived there. 500 dollars for an oven cleaning fee.
