The historic houses are absolutely lovely, however what that entails is mold. Lots of it and reoccuring, as well as flooding which then doesnt help the mold issue! I really want to 'love' it here but I can't. The staff are so friendly though and probably the best thing about the Housing Company as a whole.

they NEVER answer the phone!!!
I have been a resident here since 2010. The management is terrible, they do not enforce any of the rules they set and they charge you arrears when your rent increases. They already take every penny you earn for BAH regardless of rank. For example my neighbor is a Tech I am a senior airman, they have the exact same house that I do with the same amount of dependents and they charge him all of his BAH even though he makes more then me, which I think is BS.
