They do a good job. Any maintenance is taken care of quickly. Grounds are well kept.
Roaches roaches roaches and pest control didnt realize i had a camera up and they sprayed no joke for 8 seconds and only in the kitchen. My appliances r infested. They towed my properly registered and parked vehicle and stuck stickers to the windows that wont come off. Walls are literally forming cracks at the seams and u can push on them and they move. Roach infestation. Pool was closed for at least a month during summer. Park is always closed and that was an amenity important to us for our son to play outside. Wall coming apart from other walls in the corners. Water doesn’t drain well. Pest control sucks I literally have camera footage that pest control was only in the apartment for 18 seconds for a 2 bed 2 bath. Appliances infested and not being replaced not to mention me and my neighbor both our stoves have broken eyes.
Office staff is fine and maintainance works quick. But the place is infested with roaches. The day we got the keys there was a bunch of baby roaches in the toilet and we were hoping it was a fluke because we didnt really have another option at the time. Over the course of the next few months the office had pest control try and fix the problem but they wont spray if my cat is there. I cant lock my cat in a crate for 9-10 hours while i am at work and pest control was not solving the problem anyways because still had roaches. W... read more
