This apartment complex is a true gem! The units are modern, spacious, and impeccably maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, addressing any concerns immediately. Planning on not renewing our rent lease, for many reasons.. They never take seriously your work orders unless it's something about water damage.. Mantance workers mainly only speak Spanish little to no english.. Trash valet sucks, they throw Trash bags from the 2nd and 3rd floor, making a mess in the apartments hallways.. seems lazy that they don't take the bags at times and we're being charged for it!
