BEWARE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT I was a resident of the Landings Apartment community for two years. While there were some issues with the apartment, like the tub flooding into the lower unit the first day I moved in, the dishwasher being ineffective at best, a cupboard drawer front falling off for seemingly no reason, and being able to hear the downstairs neighbor snore through floor,I was able to overlook them because the apartments were in a convenient location and I had friends living in the same community.
