While I give five stars for Matthew Kosonen at the leasing office, our living experience in apartment 13 was a 3. It was a relief when Matthew took over the front office around the time we began inquiring about a lease because the response rate went from nonexistent to great. He helped us explore options to coordinate the delivery of a moving Pod, answered my questions quickly throughout our stay, and guided us through an early lease break to make the transition as smooth as possible. I have lived at The Landing at Capitola for close to 6 months now and have had nothing but a good experience. Matt who is especially helpful always makes sure we have all of our questions answered and issues solved!! He writes news letters and keeps the community involved and updated!!
First time living in Santa Cruz after transferring here to attend UCSC. This place has been a good experience for me and a nice way to get into the city. Matt has made the process and transition extremely seamless. He keeps us all notified as community members in a complex and is always available to help you out!! Great and responsive leasing connect, not like my previous experiences in Santa Barbara.
I’ve lived at this property for a few years now and am pleased with my stay. Maintenance has always been professional and helpful. Thank you to the front office manager who I always see walking and cleaning his property. The manager has help me a few times and made me feel appreciated and that he cared.
I have so much to say about this location. Firstly, I must admit the property is beautiful, the location is safe for families and pets, and I love that we are given assigned parking spaces along with nearby trash disposal. Unfortunately these attributes do not cover up for the horrible experience of staying here.
