I have so much to say about this location. Firstly, I must admit the property is beautiful, the location is safe for families and pets, and I love that we are given assigned parking spaces along with nearby trash disposal. Unfortunately these attributes do not cover up for the horrible experience of staying here. I had a great experience here. I’ve only been living here for a year but for the time that I had here, it was very lovely. Matthew walked us through the process of moving out and was very patient in answering our questions. He’s so friendly and nice to talk to and so understanding!
I would like to make a shout out to Matthew Kosonen. He has been new management and I so appreciate his great follow up actions to any of my requests or concerns. Always has a smile and is quick to respond. So happy he is with us. Thanks, Matthew!!!
Fist of all BEAWARE!! there is a MOLD!! problem in this place. At least in our apartment #4 there was. Pink, green, black showing through the walls in bathroom and bedrooms and on bathroom ceiling and around all windows, which they called Mildew and said it was not mold. And they said bc I did not ventilate and suggested I kept ALL my windows open the WHOLE day, and expected this to happen during the cold winter days.
