Great 55+ community. During the season this place is full and hopping with people and activities. Of course in the summer it is quiet. It is well maintained and Debbie and Mike, our office manager and maintenance manager, take care of everything! Feels like home!!
I think resorts are as good as their managers. Mike and Debbie are the best! Mike is always out and about fixing, cleaning and improving. Debbie runs an efficient office, while balancing and managing all kinds of fun activities for us to enjoy. This resort is clean, well maintained, welcoming and full of friendly people. We are heading back in December for our third snowbird season. Looking forward to seeing our friends and enjoying the sunshine.

This is our very first year of being a Michigan Snowbird and we were looking for a 55+ RV Community to spend our first winter. We visited and investigated several RV parks in the central Florida area prior to my retirement. With Zephyrhills being centrally located and within about an hour’s drive of the places we have friends and family we knew Zephyrhills was where we should be looking. We are happy to say…..
