The amenities were nice, the pool, laundry facilities, bathhouse, game room (with pool tables, ping pong tables, workout equipment, jigsaw puzzles). However, I’ve been camping my entire life and never been anywhere with no picnic tables. Also, no fire pit and cooking with charcoal was against the rules, only gas grills were allowed. They lock the bathroom every night at 8:00 and didn’t open it back up until 8:00 the next day, even though a code was required to gain entry. Seems like a good place But Beware of realtor Stephen Muench of Mobile homes of Florida Inc and Sunshine mobile home sells he stole my $2500 deposit after I refused to buy a mobile home.My home inspector and myself demanded for a month to get access back onto the property for an inspection and Stephen refused all demands made by us. After I refused to buy.he stole my money.
We absolutely loved our stay at The Landing RV Resort! We were there for a little over 8 months and truly enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is exceptional, friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The sites are great, and the entire resort, including the pool, is exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
