I spent $4,000 on my L7 and it didn’t last long. The manufacturer offered $700 off of the MSRP toward a new treadmill. The total cost would still be $4,300, so that’s $8,300 for a treadmill! The owner/ president didn’t even bother to respond to my personal letter. I don’t think Landice is a bad company, but they are not up to par on my books. Landice doesn’t give a dime to their reputation and the customer is just a greenback in their eyes. I am unhappy with Landice.

RecommendedI wanted to express my appreciation for your amazing product! I have an 11yr old L8 treadmill that I use 4-5 times a week! I have only needed service 2 times! I was just having trouble with the belt & a local repair tech reached out to Landice and Landice sent a running belt & drive belt under warranty at no charge! I can’t believe this customer service! I’m telling all my friends! The new treadmills looks awesome & when I am ready, I will buy one! In the meantime, many thanks! Best purchase ever! Holly Hoenes
Fantastic product that lasts a lifetime.
Nice machine... unfortunately was told it had a lifetime guarantee but was not told it had to be registered to have use the warranty.Buyer beware!
BEWARE OF WARRANTY....treadmill itself has been a good product but don't let the "lifetime warranty" fool you, you must use a certified service provider who will charge at the very least, $100 to get that warranty piece (no matter how big or small) ordered and installed. So, it'll cost ya, one way or the other :-(
The treadmills may or may not be great - my top range with orthopaedic deck has never worked long enough to know - but what I can say is that the after sales care and service is truly appalling.
