I called and got their answering machine. I left a message outlining my hard wood floor needs. Kinda a small project. Just 5 steps needing to be replaced with my own existing/extra hard wood flooring. Wish they called me back. It's been 2 days and I'm going with a local competitor who called me back.
Incredibly professional service, a true quality experience uncommon in modern business. 10/10. I wish there was more merch though, I would love to buy a hoodie.
