I paid half of 9000 dollars upfront for a dolly that they sold to someone else and I have repeatedly asked for my 4500 dollars back and it has been over a year and I still haven't received all my money back. Beth always has some excuse as to why when I know for a fact they sold the dolly to someone else in full. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.
Excellent customer service and excellent custom products. I've spoke to Beth, George and Jacob Landgrebe and could not have had a more pleasant experience. If I could choose 10 stars I would!
Unprofessional! I requested a ballpark figure for a specifically described vehicle and explained I wouldn’t give my email information out randomly! I received a reply with zero pricing information requesting my email for a more custom design totally disregarded the vehicle information that they can easily look up specs on ! I replied that I found it lazy and they informed me there so busy they don’t need ton(scrounge) for my Buissness and I guess can’t understand people not wanting to risk there information being sold or spa... read more
We love our TD40. It’s an older model but bulletproof. Recently needed to upgrade some parts and the staff at Landgrebe took great care of me. This little dolly has seen some miles but with the wide stance and steer tires it’s been a smooth, trouble free journey.
Some of the highest quality trailers I have ever seen built! George and Beth are a pleasure to work with!
