You pay a lot of money to get hassled about everything.
Landfall HOA/ARC is corrupt - constant selective enforcement of their rules. If you want to change anything appearance wise to your home, they will not approve it unless you use landfall affiliated companies and the ARC will keep denying your proposals until you do so. I had my patio re-tiled and of course used one of their affiliated workers to do the work because they will automatically approve it. Landfall is a great community to work in! Multiple entrances which gives easy access.
I called the office staff at the Landfall Property Owners Association and they were so kind and helpful. I needed information about a particular job-site and they gave me every bit of information they had to help me out. :)
