When going through the gate I had problems with the guard. He wouldn’t approach the vehicle and speak to me he would only stand and yell. It was my first time visiting so I didn’t know how it worked and every time I tried to talk to him he would say “what?”because he couldn’t hear me. so I asked him to come closer and he said he has to deal with over 3000 people a day he doesn’t do that. You pay a lot of money to get hassled about everything.
Landfall HOA/ARC is corrupt - constant selective enforcement of their rules. If you want to change anything appearance wise to your home, they will not approve it unless you use landfall affiliated companies and the ARC will keep denying your proposals until you do so. I had my patio re-tiled and of course used one of their affiliated workers to do the work because they will automatically approve it.
