Has been excellent every step of that way.
Run, don’t walk away from this practice!!! I’ve never experienced such unprofessional staff or had a more uncomfortable interaction with Patrick McConnell. Even the waiting room was filthy. STEER CLEAR……..
I began seeing Dr. McConnell approximately 1 year ago. He is very attentive in identifying any health issues and takes his time to diagnose and treat them appropriately. I had a nagging cholesterol issue that my previous Dr. could not address. Dr. McConnell took the time and effort to find the right balance of medications to get it under control. He, along with all of his staff are very welcoming.
Went in today for a scheduled appointment and told I won’t be seen because of a balance that the P.A. and I have talked about months ago… Mind you the “thing” at the front desk doesn’t even have the first clue about HIPPA violations speaking about my personal business in the lobby aloud(poor thing) needless to say some VERY shady people to be doing any type of business with go elsewhere for your healthcare needs.
