Dr. Landers resolved my ear problems that I’ve had for decades and I will be forever grateful to him. I had gone to other ENTs in the past, but none were able to give me the right treatment as Dr. Landers has. It is life-changing for me…I can hear everything now! I can see why he is listed multiple times in D Magazine as one of the “Best Doctors in Dallas”. I was so fortunate to have been referred to him.
I have been seeing Dr. Landers for my allergies since I was 11. Every year, once the weather warms up, and the plants start growing, I sneeze and cough non-stop. Dr. Landers knows exactly what's growing in the area, and how long it will last, and he always prescribes the right syrups and potions to stave off my allergies, so I can function again. I took my daughter to see Dr. Landers about her chronic sinus congestion and inability to breathe through her nose. He looked in her ears nose and throat, said she’s fine, and refused to check her adenoids after I voiced my concern that that could be our issue. He told me it’s impossible to have enlarged adenoids without enlarged tonsils. He would not let my husband or myself get a word in or ask any questions after that and cut us off every time we tried to speak. The whole appointment took maybe 10 minutes. Dr. Landers is a highly skilled, quite up-to-date practitioner. He deals with issues in a straightforward, clear fashion. He is my favorite doctor and highly recommended.
All I’m going to say is that if you are a person of color don’t come see him. Notice who writes all his good reviews. He may be a good doctor like these other people rave about but his beside manner is lacking. There are plenty of good ENTs in the DFW it’s possible to be a good doctor and a good person.
