Bought a truck from landers and everything was going smooth but a month after purchasing the truck the transmission went out and had to get a rebuild, reached out and sent messages to managers and the sales man that sold me the truck, and didn’t even get a response from anyone, or a phone call back. Not very professional of a business. That says we are family after a purchase. Be careful doing business, would not recommend.
If there was an option for -0 I would rate it 0 stars, my boyfriend and I got a beautiful car, there was 2-3 different sellers that was taken care of us and sold us a vehicle and drove off lot with it having a crack in windshield which 1 of the sales men said they would replace it for free and would give us a call when windshield comes in, here we are not only almost 6 months later, tried calling and nobody could help, not only that we had to replace battery and alternator 3x
J T may be the best salesman I have ever met. He was courteous, willing to really listen and took into account what I really wanted instead of what he wanted to sale. The entire buying process was easy.
I had a great experience. Transaction was smooth and painless. Staff was awesome. Definitely recommend.
