Landers Nissan ********* is a joke and fraud. Their website fraudulently shows a *********** credit application but it does NOT get a pre-approval from there. That link will send your credit info to a number of lenders. That will hurt your credit. AND if you go there, Landers Nissan will take you to a nasty mobile home and continue to ruin your credit and try to force you into big down payments. Do NOT go to Landers Nissan *********. This is an upset customer for a couple of reasons. First we are currently working out of a double wide because our store is being remodeled. It is tight on Saturdays when a bunch of customers are here. We are doing our best to make everyone feel at home. This customer also has some challenging credit. I spoke with customer about options and all he did was us foul language to myself and other staff members.
I would give them negative stars if I could. I took my car in for a tire rotation. I drive 80 miles daily to work down 240. They put one lug nut in the back tire. Next came the brake job. The calipers were not replaced correctly so they shredded my tire while driving. Next came the oil change and they forgot to put the gas cap back on. They have no sympathy, no remorse, no refund. They simply do not care and do absolutely shoddy work. They have no remorse and only want to sell you a new car that they cant service properly! T... read more
11 days ago my door handle broke on my Nissan. I contacted Landers Nissan in ********* asking a price quote for the repair and if I could wait while the repair was made. I never received the quote nor an answer about waiting. Instead I kept receiving emails from Landers asking if my questions had been answered to which I responded each and every time they had not answered my questions. They sold me a 2021 Armada Platinum and 30 days later the air went out. Them and Nissan Corporation refused to buy the truck back, after the service guy stated its a lemon. They built the AC line over the frame of the truck. I would not recommend this dealership or Nissan to anyone.

March 15, 2021; I went to the Lander's Nissan in Southaven, MS. I was at the dealership for a 110 mile service and oil change. I was at the dealership approximately 30 mins and my service advisor (L. P.) informed me my car was ready. It was quick so I asked did they check my brakes. He stated "I would not allow you leave if they were not".
