She has ensured on multiple occasions and services that we were fully explained all items, kept us in the loop, and ensured we were completely satisfied on every visit. They did not tell me they were going to charge me for finding a fluid leak. They were up front with the AC diagnosis fee, which I agreed to pay for in advance, but I was surprised to hear the total when checking out.
