We have purchased four Subarus in the past three years, and this was my 1st experience with the Huntsville service center. On the whole every single experience, including the latest at the service center, was positively exceptional. I had an early morning appointment for LOF that I waited for. Haley in the Service Department is absolutely amazing to work with. She has ensured on multiple occasions and services that we were fully explained all items, kept us in the loop, and ensured we were completely satisfied on every visit. They did not tell me they were going to charge me for finding a fluid leak. They were up front with the AC diagnosis fee, which I agreed to pay for in advance, but I was surprised to hear the total when checking out.
