Just moved to AL recently! We brought our car here for the first time for repairs. We were not too crazy about the Subaru service Center where we are from so we were a little bit nervous. However, happy to report everyone here was so great! Will be brining our Suburu here for service going forward. Thank you ☺️
I drove 61 miles to this dealership specifically for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I arrived at approximately 1:20 PM. I did not have an appointment, but their website clearly stated that walk-ins were welcome. When I arrived, there were no other customers waiting. We have purchased four Subarus in the past three years, and this was my 1st experience with the Huntsville service center. On the whole every single experience, including the latest at the service center, was positively exceptional. I had an early morning appointment for LOF that I waited for.
