I took my truck to Landers McLarty Ford in Ft. Payne, AL in October 2024 for 30,000 mile service. I told the service writer that I have an extended service contract , but she “couldn’t find it” in the Ford system (although every other dealership hasn’t had any issues). I needed the service done because I was traveling through the area and pulling a trailer, so I told her to go ahead and do it, and I’d work on getting reimbursed. Trying to buy a vehicle here but they don't seem to want to sell it. Then they add their hidden $2,000 in charges if you don't trade something in or finance through their Ubber high interest rates in order for them to get a fat kickback... - The sales guy told me this. So they get at least $1k from the bank, and they want to charge $1k if you don't trade something in. Screw this place, they can keep the car.
The price they advertise online is not the real price unless you meet certain conditions that are not readily apparent in their ads.
