Super nice staff, got my jeep done fast
Rarely answer phone lines for the service department. Spent 2 hours on the phone and no one picks up. Understaffed. My vehicle has been there for almost 2 weeks and no one has even put it in a bay to look at it. Also the vehicle has less than 30k miles. Won’t be buying a dodge again. Worst service dept experience to date
Bought a used truck from this dealership April 27th the truck just came in and had passed inspection ready to be detailed and sold. I noticed oil dripping which ended up just being residual on the skid plate, the mechanic took it off to double check for a leak but never put it back on which I noticed when I got home. There are some good people here but for the most part this place is full of crook's. They will lie to your face and steal your hard earned money. Instead of telling your they are just to busy and don’t have time to look at your car. They make you schedule for them to look at it but that’s just so you can drop it off for them to keep it for over a week.
