Let me start with saying my dealing with them has spanned since March of 2025. I bought my car from them in December 2024. (This was a great experience but that's where it ends.) I started have 4 different lights coming on at random times with my car. So I call down there for them to work on it, it's under warranty, brand new car. I was told it would be a month before they could get me in and at least a week before they could get me a loaner so I would be out of pocket on a rental. I brought my vehicle in to get a damaged tire changed. Even when told exactly the pressure to fill my tire to, they did not listen, so I had one under inflated tire (nitrogen, so it can't be just done anywhere). I brought my vehicle in a second time, and instead of properly inflating my tire, they drained air from the other three, instead of using nitrogen, they used standard air. Super nice staff, got my jeep done fast
Rarely answer phone lines for the service department. Spent 2 hours on the phone and no one picks up. Understaffed. My vehicle has been there for almost 2 weeks and no one has even put it in a bay to look at it. Also the vehicle has less than 30k miles. Won’t be buying a dodge again. Worst service dept experience to date
Bought a used truck from this dealership April 27th the truck just came in and had passed inspection ready to be detailed and sold. I noticed oil dripping which ended up just being residual on the skid plate, the mechanic took it off to double check for a leak but never put it back on which I noticed when I got home. Immediately called the dealership and was told they have it but the service center is closed and that it’d be ready next day, showed up and they couldn’t find it.
