Absolutely terrible experience. I feel completely ripped off by this dealership’s repair department. I was charged an outrageous amount for repairs, and the explanation of the work performed was unclear. It seemed like they were more interested in making money than treating customers honestly. Communication was poor, and I left with little confidence that I received fair value for what I paid. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for trustworthy service. Get a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs.
Tried to rip me off for $500 for a repair i didn’t need because they didn’t bother to check the root of the problem or thought it would be great to trick me. The issue that was as simple as a burnt fuse. You guys tried to charge me nearly $500… for a burnt fuse. Really?
Let me start with saying my dealing with them has spanned since March of 2025. I bought my car from them in December 2024. (This was a great experience but that's where it ends.) I started have 4 different lights coming on at random times with my car. So I call down there for them to work on it, it's under warranty, brand new car. I was told it would be a month before they could get me in and at least a week before they could get me a loaner so I would be out of pocket on a rental. I brought my vehicle in to get a damaged tire changed. Even when told exactly the pressure to fill my tire to, they did not listen, so I had one under inflated tire (nitrogen, so it can't be just done anywhere). I brought my vehicle in a second time, and instead of properly inflating my tire, they drained air from the other three, instead of using nitrogen, they used standard air.
