Had a great experience at Landers McLarty Collision Center after my car was rear-ended. Draven was my estimator and did an awesome job with quotes, explanations, and keeping me updated throughout the process. The lady at the front desk (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was always welcoming and super pleasant to talk to whenever I called or came in. Great customer service all around. I’d definitely go back if I ever need to.
Chastity H, my collision estimator, was amazing. When I brought my Nissan Leaf in for body work (it needed both left doors and more) she met me in the lot. She is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The collision repair was covered by insurance. She worked well with my insurance. Both my insurance company and I were kept well informed. When somebody hit my car at work, this was the place Nissan told me to take it for body work. They did a great job fixing it. It took some time, but they gave it back as good as it was before.
