If you don't like good communication, or having your vehicle back in a timely manner, then this is the place for you. If that's not want you want then stay away from Landers Mclarty! They have had my car for over 3 months after I hit a deer, so not major damage. They have given me 7 different dates of completion for the car and missed on all 7. Worst customer service, worst service, worst experience ever! Will not answer, will not call back, will not inform you what's going on. My truck has been there 4 freaking months now. Every week after multiple calls a day when I finally get someone to answer "yes sir it will be ready next week" week after week same thing. Still don't have my truck and no idea why! Had a great experience working with the team here! They are knowledgeable, kind and very timely. Were able to get my vehicle in for repairs almost right away and followed up with me for progress updates, which I greatly appreciated, an often overlooked area in car services. Thanks guys!
