Mr. Lance Leichner (collision director) exemplified what great customer service is. He presented excellent customer care my entire visit. Highly recommend this collision center.
When somebody hit my car at work, this was the place Nissan told me to take it for body work. They did a great job fixing it. It took some time, but they gave it back as good as it was before.
Great communication and work provided by the team at the body shop. Thank you.
If you don't like good communication, or having your vehicle back in a timely manner, then this is the place for you. If that's not want you want then stay away from Landers Mclarty! They have had my car for over 3 months after I hit a deer, so not major damage. They have given me 7 different dates of completion for the car and missed on all 7.
