1/5 I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this repair facility. My 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450 has been at the shop since May 29 following a collision. During the repair process, the bumper was removed and the vehicle was left outside and exposed to rain and moisture for an extended period. I repeatedly raised concerns about the vehicle being exposed to the weather. I will start my rant with a disclaimer, I used this shop back in 2017 to repair my Corvette and they did an outstanding job. Fast forward to 2026 and I took my car there for an estimate to have some work done. The young lady at the front desk was very professional and polite but that’s where everything professional ended. My appraiser was less than friendly (keeping it professional) he acted like I was disturbing his day. He could have saved us both some time and told me to go away! I would probably respect that more. 2 stars I picked up my 2021 Mercedes C300 on 8/21/2026 after having the front bumper repaired at Landers McLarty Collision Center. The vehicle looked good cosmetically, but shortly after leaving the shop I received an “Active Brake Assist Inoperative” warning. The system temporarily became operational while I was driving, but the warning returned later that same day. After reviewing my final repair paperwork, I noticed that the repair order specifically states: “WOULD NOT CALIBRATE DUE TO AFTERMARKET BUMPER.” The paperwork a... read more
Had a great experience at Landers McLarty Collision Center after my car was rear-ended. Draven was my estimator and did an awesome job with quotes, explanations, and keeping me updated throughout the process. The lady at the front desk (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was always welcoming and super pleasant to talk to whenever I called or came in. Great customer service all around. I’d definitely go back if I ever need to.
Chastity H, my collision estimator, was amazing. When I brought my Nissan Leaf in for body work (it needed both left doors and more) she met me in the lot. She is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The collision repair was covered by insurance. She worked well with my insurance. Both my insurance company and I were kept well informed.
