UPDATE POST 06.11.2026 Took my car in to Landers Kia of Little Rock for a routine 25,000-mile service that ended up costing $596.12 ($255 in labor/service fees and $269.76 in parts). For that amount of money, you expect professional care. Shoutout to Mr Thomas and my sales rep Kadin for their excellent service and impeccable sense of urgency. Did everything for me to make my purchase with them as unstressful and quick as possible. Got me out with my K4 within 6 hours of first contacting them!
I would not do business with this place again You buy a 50,000 vehicle they say they will do something and they dont😡. Then the vehicle had floor mats in the trunk but when we get the vehicle delivered. No mats the salesman says oh you have to pay extra for those. Why didn't you say that in the beginning. You know why you didn't. Its because I would have told you to keep it.. Low Battery lights on you said just drive it. It shouldnt be doing this.but dont worry I will do alot of advertising for you guys.😡😡
