The subtraction of 2 stars is because of the sales person Terry. I won’t speak on the company as a whole because I think that the company could be a good place to shop with how easy the approval process was but I would NOT use terry as my sales person. As a single mom, I am always doing for others, not just my child but others around me and putting myself last and now I chose to do something for myself and while I still accomplished that, the experience was ruined . My wife and I took her Kia Sorento in for a recall, in December 2024 and the first incident was when we were given a date and time to bring the car in, upon arrival we were told the part was not in, strike 1……. Then after dropping the truck off when we picked it up before leaving the dealership the gas door would not open after I inspected the vehicle, the shop manager told us that the actuator went bad, but prior to we had just opened the door and purchased gas. Cap took his time to explain what he was selling and even stayed late to be sure we knew what the warranty entailed. We couldn’t recommend him more!
Bait and switch on car pricing, terrible communication.
Absolute trash cars. Bought a 23 Kia Sorento and it's falling apart around me. Can't get any help from the service department. Save your money please buy ANYTHING BUT A KIA BRAND
