Fast and efficient!
We have been looking for a pre-owned SUV for 3 months. Landers Ford South was the only dealership that had their inventory clean inside and out. They truly care how they present their inventory to the public. Our sales associate, Ladarious, was very polite, respectful, and had a no pressure sales tactic. He was very pleasant during the entire process. We finally found and purchased our SUV through him… The only negative experience was the female finance manager.. I am posting this review because this is the worst ford dealership in the country! They sold my brother a truck that had a cam phaser issue they guy had the truck warm and ready to go when we got there! We get it home and crank it and the truck sounds like it’s about to explode. We call the dealership and nothing they won’t do nothing about it!! Just sad
This business will not disclose issues with vehicles and knowingly sell them. Would NEVER recommend to anyone.
