Spencer was so sweet and kind helping me.
During our roadtrip we stopped here to service my truck. Waiting room is spacious, they have a cool coffee machine and yummy snacks. Five stars are for Taylor 💕 she took time to chat with us, her & another gentleman were so nice to our daughter giving her coloring pages, crayons while we waited. If I was to buy another car I would go to Taylor.
Five stars for DeAngelo Pouncy! He made the buying process seamless and easy. He was great to work with. Unfortunately, due to issues with my Wagoneer I’ve had to reach out to him a lot to get scheduled with service and some other things at Landers. He’s always dropped everything to assist me as quickly and efficiently as possible. Honestly, if it weren’t for him, I’d be taking my business to another dealership since the service department shows no sense of urgency and the ongoing issues with my Wagoneer.
