We had an appointment scheduled two weeks out after a hit and run. Get there to drop the car off on the date and EXACT time they gave us, and were told it would be another month or more before they are able to get the car in. No phone call, no email, no carrier pigeon, no smoke signals. NOT A DAMN WORD before showing up for the appointment that Landers employees scheduled. I would give 0 stars if I could. My truck was left with landers to be repaired after an accident I was involved in. I have a tool box in the back of my truck that I use for side work. My tool box was force into by some crook even though it had 3 locks on it. 2 hasps and the original lock. Landers called me to advise me that it had been broken into. Worse body shop I’ve ever had to deal with! Very incompetent and unprofessional. Lisa Walls, my assigned advisor, (who is never there and when she isn’t there, the entire place seems to shut down because nothing gets done), said my car would be done a week ago; not done! I’ve been given a few promise dates now. I should’ve known better than to try this body shop and just went back to Ferguson body shop.
