For over a year ive tried to get my camera serviced excuses every time then tell me they have to keep it for a while all this before they even know what's going on today they sated i have to pay around 300.00 just to check come on you guy's used to take care of your customers what happened guess I haven't been a good enough customer FOR 30TY PLUS YEARS

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE post sale!!. My car was totaled out. The dealership called a month ago and told me to come and get my check that was still in their name. I returned the check and was told give it 3 days and I could come pick up my check. 3 days went to 5, 5 went 7 and the funny thing is every time frame they have given me has come and gone, it’s 3 weeks later. I bought a van July 1st, 2026. Was told they would detail & could pick up July 2nd. Picked up the van later on July 2nd, drove home & discovered no drive out tag. Called & was told the tag would be sent Fed Ex. Today is July 6th, nothing. Called & was told again, if tag was not sent, would be sent today. I don’t purchase a car often but would seem that the tag would have been on the car or handed to me at pick up. This was a bait and switch moneyopoly game. I read every line of this contest flyer it did state on the $25,000 rules about a 2.00 lottery ticket, but not on the match = win. The three red houses in a row meant that I needed to confirm with the phone number that I won. I called and the recording said that I had won the prize listed below which was the 5000.00.
