My GE oven was malfunctioning for about a year. I was considering buying a new stove. There was nothing wrong with the stove, it was only 8 years old. After looking at prices of a new appliance, I decided to fix my old one. I called Landers for the repair. The young gentlemen that came to my house were awesome. They were polite and efficient. The dented washer machine you sold to Mel Braun needs to be returned. This is not how you do business with the public. Just because he was unaware of the rules of how to return a machine does not mean you should not make this right. He is ready to bring it back ASAP. What are the next steps?

Sold us a washing machine and when we got it it looked like it was dropped off a second story building and are telling us THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT! TELLING US ITS NOT THEYRE PROBLEM AND WONT TAKE IT BACK. Take your business elsewhere to a place they has better customer service.

Mr. Braun, You picked the washer up from our store on 7/11. You called on 7/29 to tell us when you opened the box to complete the installation the machine was damaged and when asked you said you did not have the original packaging because you burned it up.We told you we would TRY to get a damage waiver because they normally want the box the appliance came in. We did get the manufacturer to give us a damage waiver today. We called you to have you bring the machine back and you told us the tenants were using the machine. I exp... read more

Joe was very knowledgeable and also had a great sense of humor. He diagnosed the problem with our fridge, advised us on what we needed to do, ordered the part, and installed right on time in less than 45 minutes. We highly recommend Landers and will use them again. Thanks very much!!
