Paid over $300 for check over. Did not tell me fuel gauge not working. Got it fixed elsewhere.
Brought in my car for first year service here just because they are the nearest service center to me, big mistake to ignore the bad reviews here. Dropped the car at 930AM and got the back car by 4PM. So obviously they are over booked for the day as others were saying here as well. I drove 20mins back home and out of curiosity i started checking if they really did the services they said they did on the service report and to my surprise the fuel filter was not changed or not even touched at all which was supposed to be changed... read more
Have had no problems booking a service until this year, now an automated service and i didnt receive sms/email to make booking. Tried to call albeit close to closing time and was told, after being on hold for 10 mins that my call couldn't be taken (I'm guessing booking people wanted to go home early) and to leave a message, might upgrade rating if i actually get a call tomorrow 🙄
Can’t follow simple instructions! Requested my car not to be washed and it was washed and now has lovely scratches on it! When dropping off I told the service advisor and also had a sign in my car asking for it not to be washed! They also tried to sell me several unnecessary services on my 1 year old vehicle!
Honest review. I took my vehicle in at 43k for a service, got back a clean bill of health no issues. At 53k I start to hear a grinding when breaking. Tool the vehicle to another dealership to check, they tell me the break pads are completely gone and discs need replacement. I rung lander mitsubishi prospect and asked them regarding the previous 43k service and they said everything was great, break pads were 50%+ They expect me to believe that I used 40% of my pads in the first 40k kms and then 60% in 10k kms.
