I came here on a mission to find the perfect 14k gold necklace chain to hold a shell urn holding my mother’s ashes. The place is nice looking and you get a personal experience with the associates. I had originally purchased a beautiful 14k solid gold twist looking chain for the urn. I payed good money for it and then made it home and realized that even though it fit the urn it was taking beauty away from the urn. This place is a scam and the lady was rude too. I’m not sure how they are in business. Big yikes. I’d definitely go somewhere else
When just to check and see how much they would give me for my 14 karat gold chain that weighs 149.2 g when he put it on his scale, it only weighed 101 g. I didn’t say anything to him but he then told me because it was two years old and only weighed 101 g which isn’t true. I don’t know if his scale is set that way or not calibrated but it was definitely off and he knew it. Then he said that he would only offer me around $2000 for it with gold going for about $60 a gram at 150 g, you do the math yourself. This is a rip off.
