Great attention to detail in design and construction. I was a resident in one building, liked it so much I leased an apartment in another building. The amount of light in each space, the care they put into landscaping and keeping their properties looking nice is really top notch. Hard to find this kind of thoughtful approach to apartment living!

I'm a carpenter who lives, works and grew up in south Minneapolis. I care about doing good work for folks in my neighbourhood. I took on a very bare bones remodeling gig for tenants of a Lander Group house after spring flooding ruined their basement. My coworker and myself were consistently encouraged by Tony at Lander Group to cut corners and do the bare minimum. I was fortunate enough to have an opportunity to work with The Lander Group as a subcontractor via Moeding and Son. We work with many builders around the Twin Cities. It was refreshing to see their attention to details and to have a schedule known well in advance.
