Meh I have been living here for 2-3 years. Parking use to be bad (i had to park behind the shopping center a couple of times). Now you can find parking easily since most of the other tenants moved out. Since most of the other tenants mostly have trucks that had their exhaust modified things can get really loud, especially at night. Maintenance is great when it comes to emergency fixes like refrigerators or electricity going out. New owners, New Managers, New Maintenance AND THEY CHANGED THE NAME all in One DAY. There was no notice to the tenants and when you call on the phone GOOD LUCK getting a hold of someone. I have lived here for 5 YEARS, I brought both of my children home from the hospital here, and never once have I had to call the office for 30 minutes to talk to someone. During Replacement of the roof I had my Satellite DISH moved 3 times and each time I, NOT ANYONE ELSE, BUT I had to fix it. The price is going up, they are going form ALL BI... read more
