Current employee and i dont know where to start honestly. Ive experienced discrimination against myself, they have family as employees that just get to do whatever they want, there is no type of growth within the company, i was told i get a bonus after 90 days passed 90 days and was told that if its not in written form then there isnt a bonus so i was lied to about that they start experienced laborers at 15.50 and dont want to even offer any type of raise.
