I went there and was given hope of a solution to extreme back pain. When my insurance became a hassle, they cancelled surgery and chalked me up to a lifetime of pain medication management. I have no wish to become a pain pill junkie. When I would call to inquire about the insurance progress, the nurses were curt and rude.
