I was incredibly disappointed because of the hard sell by the owner. I went in to use a Groupon for 4 microdermabrasions. She kept on pushing for extra "add ons" that I didn't want or need. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I still have a credit for 3 other treatments, but I'll take the loss rather than go back. When you know that you need more than just a typical day spa where you get nicely pampered but you don't get serious treatment, BUT you want less than plastic surgery, this is the place to choose. They are well trained, knowledgeable and have many options to offer that will make your skin GLOW, like they did mine. I like their products too.
I've been to many Spa in my life and this place is everything but a Spa! First, your "spa" experience will start by a cold welcoming from the less friendly receptionist I've ever seen, sitting at the coldest front desk I've ever seen. She was extremely rude, made me feel like I was disturbing and only cared for my money (the only words she addressed were to sell me their products).
