12/6/18 1:45am This has been the last straw for me with Landa / Karcher I have had repeated horrible customer service experiences at different authorized dealers and Landa's customer service line. I have talked to condescending employees that do not care about my business and I have been purposely hung up on when inquiring about a machine.
