I don’t even know where to start. They messed up our closing documents and didn’t collect the proper amount from the sellers. When I brought it to Ronda‘s attention that the back taxes were not paid in full she told me i would have to contact the seller. ( isnt this your job). I had Pamela and she so kind and helpful. I had a rough time with the lender and she helped me with the information and documents. However, my closing was funded and she informed me that her boss had a game in another city till Monday, it’s Thursday! So I now have to wait until Monday for my check because she has a game!! How unprofessional and inconvenient.
