Edit: To add to this process no one contacted Denver Water and I ended up with the sellers bill transfer and a late fee. When I called Land title Jess Browlee was extremely rude and unhelpful called in 9/1 and then had to call again on 9/10 because still has not been resolved. Process was far from seamless. This was not my first property purchase either. I called ahead for earnest money was told money order showed up to dropnit off money has to be wired.
