Land Title is the only title company our company will use. After 40+ years with them, they have convinced us that we couldn't get better treatment or services.
Disappointing. Lack of coordination and communication. Several issues during the process. Then more than 2 months after closing, my buyer receives a status letter with no explanation, no clarification. Need some effort. They seem more like clerks than closing professionals.
