Prompt, courteous, proactive
Land Title was great working with us and sending a notary to our home so that we were able to complete the closing on our lunch hour.
Overall a good experience with Land Title. Professional, easy to communicate with, and a nice office. I took a star off because their Owner's Extended Coverage Policy premium price was much higher than another quote I got from First Integrity Title and they wouldn't match the price. It was too late in the process to switch title companies so we stayed with Land Title.
