not ripoff sellers with fee for service that is useless
We had a 2:00 appointment and arrived 10 minutes early for a “drive by” closing. (They started drive by closings 2 weeks ago — so this is not a new procedure.) 30 minutes after the appointment time, I returned to the desk and, interrupted the 2 young women who were playing on their phones and asked if we needed to reschedule. No reason for the delay given. Several minutes later a woman brought a stack of papers out — none of the signature pages were labeled or identified. We closed on 6/28 and we are still being billed for the water. In August it was suppose to be taken care of and we are still being billed. They could care less. Use a different title company especially the Westminster branch
I have worked with Land Tile since 2006. I have closed many of my personal home sales as well as many of my clients homes. I have always been extremely satisfied with all of their title closers, especially Angie Mansfield. Five stars *****
Could not ask for a better title company to work with. Always professional and simply the best.
