BEWARE of hiring Land Title in Pueblo for closing a house sale. Today found out Land Title in Pueblo wire transferred the payoff for my house I sold to the WRONG bank.... Even though they had directions on where to transfer funds from the right bank! AND then they cop an attitude and tell me I may need to wait for the bank to release the messed up wire transfer. Don’t we hire companies like this to take care of these issues?
not ripoff sellers with fee for service that is useless
We had a 2:00 appointment and arrived 10 minutes early for a “drive by” closing. (They started drive by closings 2 weeks ago — so this is not a new procedure.) 30 minutes after the appointment time, I returned to the desk and, interrupted the 2 young women who were playing on their phones and asked if we needed to reschedule. We closed on 6/28 and we are still being billed for the water. In August it was suppose to be taken care of and we are still being billed. They could care less. Use a different title company especially the Westminster branch
