Three ring circus, no Me Aculpas, complacent disorganized, and inconsiderate. We had a particularly difficult closing due to my mortgage company not transmitting documents quickly, and then Land Title waiting for me to prompt them repeatedly to check their email while waiting at the clising table. Add to that, nobody thought to mention until closing day that I would have to drive all the way to Golden for a cashier's check, they implied that a wire transfer would be fine but the amount due was too high to be a wire.
