If there were a 10 star rating available I would give Land Title 10 stars. Jamie Clark was our closing agent and she made our job easy. Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, she was so pleasant to work with. She explained everything clearly, she was quick to respond to any of our questions and she was very patient, never rushed us through anything. My mother-in-law (89) was selling her manufactured home in Nevada and she needed a notary to get the transfer documents completed. I called and they quickly picked up the phone. I was caught off guard...., I asked if they notarize documents and they confirmed that they indeed do and that it was a free service. JoLene was in when we stopped by and was very accommodating.
