I’ve worked with Land Title Guarantee Co. on several occasions in the past. They have always been very professional and had great communication with me.
I had a great experience with wonderful warm people. It was such a smooth process even when we were 30 minutes late driving our Uhaul through the mountains. They were so understanding on a very stressful morning and I needed their confident attitude and attention to detail to ease my nerves. I can't say enough good things.
Horrible experience. Communication was terrible. Ashley Connaly is rude and condescending. She hung up on me when asking a question. They never sent closing amount or wire instructions before we had to call and request. When the wire didnt process immediately they were calling and again rude.
Great experience closing with Land Title! They were very helpful in the process and helped make sure everything was ready to go ahead of time so I had no surprises.
