Land Technician, Inc. has been the awarded contractor for the town home subdivision in which I live. With each passing renewal, their work has deteriorated to the point that our project looks neglected and unattractive. If I were looking to purchase, I would not choose this subdivision on a drive by. I am attaching photos I took 2 hours ago. on May 9, 2015.
