The engineer my realtor and loan servicer set up to do the survey on our new house decided to double their fee 3 weeks before closing with half upfront. Decided to find a different company, called a bunch of places and land tech came back quick with a very reasonable price and availability to get it done in a pinch. They were extremely attentive to calls and emails and I had survey in hand just 2 weeks later. Survey was clearly labeled and all markings and notations were legible. Would highly recommend using this company.

Land-Tech Services did a great work on my property survey in Edison. They included clear and accurate boundary marking (even accommodating specific requests), fast turnaround times, and delivery of both physical and digital survey copies. Adam was highly professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout, offering strong communication and quick scheduling. The guys at Land Tech are awesome. They were quick to respond on all my questions, showed up on time on the scheduled date. Survey was on point.
