I had Land Tech Services survey my property in Pittsgrove (over 34 acres), and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. They marked all the boundaries clearly and even went the extra mile to mark out the two sides I specifically requested. They provided the completed survey promptly, along with extra paper copies and a PDF version, which was extremely convenient. Had few surveys done for septic work with Eli. Had an issue with the quality of the survey on our last project which came up on the final as-build inspection. The survey had an issue with the inccorect boundaries on which a variance plan had already been approved and filed. You can only imaging what I had to go through to get everything corrected, refiled and reviewed again with all the parties involved in a varience proceedings. My costs for that were easily over 10k. I added a 2 car garage to my house and requested Land-Tech Services to assist with 1) an updated survey of the existing property 2) quantifying impervious area coverage for township requirements 3) update the survey for new addition lines.
