I requested a landscape design that was whimsical and provided a budget. They delivered a design uncreative and did not incorporate the elements I detailed in my request. When asked why my criteria was not incorporated their response was to keep it in budget. Their budget friendly design was x2 my budget. So in the end, I did not get my requested design or my budget. They did not offer to return my design fee. I am bitter toward them after this empty experience.

Land tech contracted with me to do a custom pool knowing that our septic system was in the way. The soil scientist who provided the site work for our new system explained this is not the first time they’ve encountered this with this company. Upon cancellation of the contract due to their incompetence I was told I’d only receive a partial refund due to time spent on site. I just told my husband that there have been few projects that I have started that have exceeded my expectations but this has been one. Rebecca was the absolute best-ALWAYS available and quick to respond to questions through the entire process. Her understanding of pool projects helped us make thoughtful decisions about features that would be best for our budget. Could not be happier with Land Tech and their people!

We just finished a new project with land tech which included a pool and several blue stone patio. From the design to pricing to the project completion we had a great experience and the result is beautiful! We have worked with them before and the team is even better today ! We will use them again in the future ! Great company for pools or any hardscape project .
