Our HVAC unit went out this winter and it was near freezing temperatures. I called Land N Sea and when Austin answered the phone he was very professional and was so knowledgeable was able to diagnose the problem with the symptoms I told him, He made time to come the next morning to access the problem. Fortunately it was an easy fix and he had a replacement part on his truck. Austin was so professional and cheerful and as knowledgeable as they come. I will be recommending Land N Sea to all of my friends and family!

Myself and my children have been without A/C for 4 days now thanks to Land and Sea. The owner/technician came to my home on Friday, assessed the problem, diagnosed it and then left the problem unresolved to go enjoy his weekend in the A/C I’m sure. I called this morning (Monday about 11am) to see when he would be by and his chuckling response was, “optimistically some time today”.
