Originally from Massachusetts, but living in Virginia. Stopped in at Land and Sea for some seafood. Best decision I made. The food was amazing, just like I remember. Only thing I didn't like was the slaw. But that is minor compared to the food they give you
I have been coming here since tbe 80's- always an all time favorite no matter what i get!!!
The fried seafood is excellent especially the scallops.

Go there every time we travel to the Boston area, lunch, dinner, never disappointed.
Our first time there we found it very interesting tons of food for the money we could've almost got one order and split it between the two of us
Land and Sea so went down hill. Less beef today I still go though
